Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Dog House Pottery refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) purchased for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. Items must be received undamaged and in their original condition and a credit will be issued to the same credit card your order was processed with. Unless otherwise noted, customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Exchanges are only permitted in the event an item arrives damaged or is otherwise incorrect.

Custom Orders must be approved before they are sent to you.
